What is a RAK?
A RAK is a driving school administration office, also known as an exam booking agency. We handle the CBR exam administration for driving instructors, so they can focus on teaching.
An office that supports instructors
Many independent driving instructors have no time or inclination to deal with the CBR themselves. A driving school administration office takes that over. The CBR recognises this role as a booking agency. Rijschool L books, swaps and reschedules exams and maintains contact with the CBR.
The result: you do not need your own CBR registration, you pay a fixed price per exam and you get suitable exam dates faster. That way you do not lose your student to waiting time.
The difference with a regular driving school
A regular driving school gives driving lessons to students. A RAK does not. We are a support office for the instructor. So we do not compete with you for students, but instead work for you behind the scenes.

Save the one-off CBR registration fee
A registration of your own with the CBR costs an instructor a one-off fee. Through Rijschool L you do not need that registration: we book the exams through our own registration.
