Driving and taking your exam in Roermond
Roermond combines Limburg’s easygoing charm with surprisingly heavy traffic. The outlet center draws visitors from home and abroad all year round, and on shopping Sundays and public holidays, the approach roads and parking routes fill up with cars bearing German and Belgian license plates. Learners here get used to dealing with destination traffic that does not know the way.
The N280 and the A73 are the region’s main traffic arteries, with the Maas bridges linking the city districts to Midden-Limburg on the other side. During rush hour and on peak days, the N280 is a masterclass in driving in traffic jams and getting into lane in good time.
Around the city lie the Maasplassen, the largest contiguous water sports area in the Netherlands. In summer, that means boat trailers, campers, and recreational traffic on the dike and country roads toward Herten and the villages along the Maas. Every season has its own traffic pattern here.
We book exams with the CBR in Roermond for instructors in Midden-Limburg, from Echt to Swalmen and the Leudal. One fixed price, a suitable date, and direct lines with the CBR.
