Driving and taking your exam in Mierlo
As an exam location, Mierlo serves the Helmond region and the eastern part of Brainport. Routes alternate between village centers and country roads and the urban traffic of Helmond, plus the busy provincial roads in the triangle formed by Eindhoven, Helmond and Geldrop. Roundabouts and streams of cyclists keep observation skills sharp.
The N270 between Eindhoven and Helmond and the A67 to the south provide the faster-paced work, with heavy rush-hour commuter traffic in the region. In Helmond itself, the ring road around the center, the rail zone, and neighborhoods such as Brandevoort call for quick switching between pace and caution.
The surrounding countryside has a distinctly Peelland character: ribbon villages toward Someren and Asten, seasonal farm traffic, and to the south the Strabrechtse Heide with narrow roads and recreational traffic. That contrast between urban Helmond and the open countryside rounds out the training here.
For instructors in Helmond, Geldrop, Nuenen, Deurne, Someren and the surrounding area, we book the exams with the CBR in Mierlo. You decide when, we arrange the rest.
