Driving and taking your exam in Eemnes
Exam location Eemnes serves the Gooi and the Eempolder, and the contrast between its routes is considerable. On one side lies the open polder: the Wakkerendijk and polder roads towards the Eem, with wide views, narrow profiles and strong crosswinds. On the other side are the villa villages of the Gooi, with avenues under old trees, tight junctions and plenty of cyclists.
Right next to the village lies the Eemnes interchange, where the A1 and A27 cross. The motorway section of the exam takes place amid rush-hour traffic towards Amsterdam, Amersfoort and Utrecht, with busy on- and off-ramps and weaving sections where careful observation and maintaining pace have to go hand in hand.
The ribbon villages nearby, from Eemnes itself to Laren and Blaricum, call for the opposite: calm driving, anticipating driveways, and giving way in spots with limited visibility. Learning to drive here means learning to switch between two different worlds.
Instructors from Hilversum, Baarn, Soest, Huizen, Laren and the surrounding area handle their bookings through us. We book the exam in Eemnes as soon as your student is ready.
