Driving and taking your exam in Deventer
Deventer examines on the border of Salland and the IJssel valley. The Wilhelminabrug over the IJssel is a fixed point in the road picture: all traffic between the city and the far bank crosses via a limited number of river crossings, and that’s clearly felt during rush hour.
The historic city centre is among the best-preserved in the Netherlands, and that also makes it one of the trickiest to drive through: narrow streets, plenty of one-way traffic, loading and unloading, and cyclists from every direction. Outside the centre, the busy connection to the A1, the N348 and the industrial estates around Colmschate provide the faster-paced work.
The surrounding countryside is green and varied: dike roads along the IJssel, country estates towards Diepenveen and Schalkhaar, and open country roads towards Bathmen. Narrow profiles and recreational cyclists call for calm, careful driving there.
We book exams at the CBR location in Deventer for instructors from Deventer, Zutphen, Raalte, Twello and the surrounding area. Fixed price, fast dates, and a single point of contact for swapping and rescheduling.
