Driving and taking your exam in Dordrecht
Dordrecht lies on an island between major rivers, and you notice this in the exam: bridges, waterways and busy river crossings shape the picture. The N3 connects the A15 and A16 and is one of the busiest routes in the region, with plenty of heavy goods traffic and short merging lanes.
The old town centre with its harbours is a story of its own: narrow streets along the water, small bridges, one-way traffic and cars parked close to the road. Here every centimetre counts and observation skills are truly put to the test. In the newer neighbourhoods and around the shopping centres, the picture opens up, with roundabouts and cycle crossings.
What makes the Island of Dordrecht special is its edge: within ten minutes you can drive from the city to the Nieuwe Dordtse Biesbosch, with polder roads, dykes and recreational traffic. That contrast between dense urban streets and open polder makes the routes here more varied than many people expect.
We book exams at the CBR location in Dordrecht for instructors throughout the Drechtsteden, from Zwijndrecht and Papendrecht to Sliedrecht and Alblasserdam. A suitable date quickly, one fixed price, and help rescheduling whenever needed.
